Local mode uses your own Instagram/TikTok/YouTube account and local network to scrape data, requiring normal access and login. Boost mode works entirely from our servers, ensuring 100% safety without using your account or network.
We have introduced new Boost plans and retired the older ones. This change only affects new subscriptions. If you are an existing subscriber on the 20k-credit/mo plan, your plan will remain unchanged and continue to renew as long as it is active. However, if you cancel your subscription and it expires, you will need to re-subscribe using the new plans, which currently include a 10k-credit limit.
In Local mode, we limit scraping frequency for better safety, though it’s slower. Boost mode offers 100% safety by handling all scraping server-side, without using your account.
In Local mode, scraping is limited to 500 list items or 10 detailed profiles per minute to avoid issues. Boost mode speeds things up by 3-5x and allows offline scraping, saving results in the cloud for export later.
