How it works

1. Enter a username or user link to preview the followers/following numbers.
This step is free, and it's used to confirm the username is correct.

2. Add filters to refine the results.

3. Click "Start" and choose how many results you want to export.
The export task will do on the server side, and it will take 1-2 minutes to complete.

How many results can I export?

You can select the number of results to export: 10, 100, 1000, 5000, or all (max ~80% of the total followers due to platform limit).
The actual number may be slightly higher (+10%) or lower than your selection. We recommend starting with 10 results to verify the search results. Once you confirm the results are what you want, you can export more by clicking the "More" button. This helps avoid wasting credits on inaccurate search terms.

If you use strict filters or search keywords has few posts, the number of results may be significantly lower than your selected amount. You can always export more once the task is completed.

How the credits cost?

By default, each result costs 1 credit. Adding filters or datapoints increases the credit cost per result.
Each additional filter (datapoint) doubles (x2) the credits per result.
For example, if you apply 2 filters, the cost will be 4 credits per result.
